By now, thanks to twitter and the blogospheres, I'm sure most of you've heard the Vegan in a Hummer quip made by Michael Pollan at this year’s Pop!Tech conference. Thanks to a little bit of leg work done by Adam Pasick, you prius-driving meat-eaters won't have to lose quite as much sleep.
